It is the responsibility of our customers to review and understand our strict shipping and returns policies when making purchases.

Please understand we must follow the protocols listed below for all online sales through Levitate Sneakers

Shipping

When placing an online order through Levitate Sneakers, all items are shipped through Australia Post or Startrack. Upon fulfillment of shipping, a tracking number will be sent and updated through email notifications.  Shipping estimates are therefore provided through the Australia Post or Startrack website once the shipment has left our warehouse. Please note that Levitate Sneakers is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit caused by Australia Post or Startrack.

Shipping within Australia through Levitate Sneakers is completed through Australia Post or Startrack.

 

Delivery Times

Standard Domestic Shipping is 3 - 6 business days (except WA which could take up to 7 business days).

Express Domestic Shipping is 1 - 5 business days (except WA which could take up to 5 business days)

Same Day Delivery is within 24 hours between Mon to Fri for orders made before 12 pm.

 

Shipping Outside Australia

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. 

Hence for international shipping, prices and estimated shipping times may vary - depending on customs laws and distance from Australia.
