Return & Refund

In-store

At Levitate Sneakers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final in-store. However, there are certain circumstances that can warrant a refund including if the purchased item differs from the advertised description.

For pre-orders or customer orders. Refunds are only acceptable when the item has not yet been shipped and refunds on pre-orders will incur a 20% fee of the total transaction amount to cover admin and transaction fees cost.

 

Online

For purchases made online, we do not accept returns or exchanges regarding issues with size or colourway.

We will gladly provide you with the best information possible, but please note that comfort preferences vary for each person and by purchasing you agree that we are not in any way responsible if the size does not fit.

 However, if a purchase is made Online whereby the item is faulty or not as described, we are able to provide a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
